3. Down Payment minimum of 15% compulsory to secure your booking

4. VIP Room facility : karaoke, Speaker, LED TV & Personal Guest Relation Services

5. Decoration that is carried out and set up by client should not cause any damage to the establishment of the property  Any damage arising as consequence of using, set - up, construction and dismantling work in any part of the VIP Room & Ballroom will be borne by the client
